The Hollister Broadcasting Program is open to students in grades 5th through 12th. At HES broadcasting takes place during the school day and students must apply. At HMS students may choose broadcasting as their elective. There are some extra-curricular hours. At HHS students may enroll in broadcasting. There are some extra-curricular hours, including broadcasting all home high school football games.
Broadcasting at HMS and HHS is provided in conjunction with funding from Tiger Academy.
At Hollister Elementary School, select students are briefly introduced to basic yearbook skills. At Hollister Middle School the yearbook staff is made up of a select group of 8th graders who create the HMS yearbook with the help of the advisor. Upon entering Hollister High School, students may choose to enroll in yearbook which is a co-curricular class that meets during school hours. Students also attend school events and games to document and take photos.
