The Hollister Cheerleading Program in open to students in grades 7th through 12th. Students in grades 9th through 12th are required to tryout.
To be eligible for participation in the Hollister Trap Team a student must be a Hollister High School FFA Member who has paid dues for the current school year. Students may not receive any disciplinary action resulting in suspension either BIP or ACER during the current semester (participation for the remainder of the semester will be suspended). Students may not have any weapons offenses (this will result in permanent suspension from the trapshooting team). Students must successfully complete the Missouri Department of Conservation’s Hunter Education Safety Program and provide proof of completion with a valid Missouri Hunter Education Card or Missouri Hunter ID number on a current MDC Heritage Card. In addition, students must complete all registration information and obtain a parent/guardian signature on the release form.
If 5 members join the team there will be no tryouts and all students will earn a spot on the team. If there are between five and 10 members wishing to join, students will shoot at the first 3 practices to be slated on the first team of five. If there are 10, members will shoot at the first three practices to be ranked one through 10. If there are more than 10 the same process will be applied.
The Hollister Esports Program is open to all eligible Hollister Middle School and Hollister High School Students.
Esports at HMS and HHS is provided in conjunction with funding from Tiger Academy.
