Mrs. Amy Jo Kilgore is an assistant principal for the Hollister Early Childhood Center and Elementary School. She began her career in education in 2000 as a third grade teacher at Hollister Elementary School. She taught third grade for 13 years before making the move to Hollister Early Childhood Center as a first grade teacher. Mrs. Kilgore stepped into her role as an administrator in 2019.

Growing up with parents who were educators and administrators, Mrs. Kilgore learned at an early age the importance of education and how essential building relationships is to the success of students. Mrs. Kilgore believes that life is change, growth is optional, and high expectations yield high results.
